The villa is a traditional stone built house originally built in 1950's , and renovated in the summer of 2005 without altering it’s strong architectural Greek traditional character. The villa is positioned in the middle of the LOUTRAKI OIL CO. estates and is private, quite and absolutely secure. 24/7 security surveillance.

 

Activities:

 

There is swimming at the Loutraki beach, fishing, cycling and walking the nature trials, attending the estate field works mainly in the organic cultivation of the olive trees, tangarine and orange trees. A combination of field work together with regular holiday activities is the perfect way to eliminate stress and look after your well being.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	Villa "CARIBBEANNE" is a traditional stone built house 100M2, with 1 bedroom/sitting room, one bathroom, one kitchen, one sitting room, full extras The house can only be rented as a whole flat.
SLEEPS: 2-6	One main double bedroom and one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed in the sitting room if required.
FACILITIES:	The house has a very large stone yard, and the view from the elevated veranda is excellent. The bedrooms/sitting room have air conditioning, hot and cold. There is one bathroom and 1 shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker and oven, toaster, coffee machine, iron and all the necessary utensils, even for a long term stay. There is a cable T.V and stereo radio in the sitting room. Telephone, Fax and Internet services are also available. 24/7 security service provided by private security group.
