REGARDING REFUNDS OR POSSIBLE DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING.

 

LOUTRAKI OIL CO.® (L.O.C) will NOT accept any returns or pay refunds in the event of a catastrophic situation, act of violence, theft or simply a minor damage of it's goods during shipping. In this case the agent/importer will be reimbursed from the insurance agency he has chosen to insure the cargo order with. This also includes the L.O.C worldwide Home Delivery service that is available to our online E-Commerce customers. In all of the above the customer will be reimbursed directly by the registered insurance agency of the vessel carrier that the goods were forwarded with.

LOUTRAKI OIL CO.® guarantees only the safety in the quality of its products until their final reception by the customer. No refunds allowed after the final distribution and acceptance of our products by the end buyer. All of our products comply with and exceed the U.S. and other international specifications standards.

The LOUTRAKI OIL CO.® will not be responsible in the event of possible tampering of its products or alterations of its products in any form after their final receipt by the importer and further distribution.
